CPC Career Services successfully connects job seekers with employment opportunities across high-demand sectors, including construction, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and wholesale. Through individualized career counseling, job readiness training, resume support, interview preparation, and employer connections, our program helps participants overcome employment barriers and achieve economic stability.

Impact

Program outcomes include a 70% job placement rate, an average initial hourly wage of $24.70, and strong employment retention outcomes. Among participants placed in jobs, 86% have retained employment or are on track to do so for at least 12 months, with average wages increasing to $26.50 per hour.
