AAPI HIV/AIDS Awareness Event: Ending HIV Stigma in the AAPI Community

May
24

On Friday, May 17, the Community Health Services (CHS) team ran our annual Asian American Pacific Isalnder (AAPI) HIV/AIDS Awareness Event at Project Reach. The theme for this event was Ending HIV Stigma in the AAPI community, with a presentation led by Gilbert Wu and Angie Li, followed by a T-shirt designing competition. We were graciously joined by the youth from CPC Manhattan’s Learn and Earn program, youth from PACE High School’s Youth Advisory Group, as well as some Project Reach youth. Most youth who attended the event also joined us for the AIDS Walk on May 19.
