CPC was invited by Council of Family and Child Caring Agencies (COFCCA) to discuss the social innovations of our programs for children and families with Ryerson University’s Social Innovations 4 Social Justice initiative.

On May 9, 2019, a group of Ryerson University students spent a day visiting various CPC sites and heard about our impacts in Education, Family Support and Community and Economic Empowerment from different program staff. The group visited Open Door Senior Center, Manhattan Community Center and Chung Pak and Little Star. The students danced with our seniors, observed Adult Literacy classes and walked through the Chinatown and Lower East Side neighborhoods to see the community.
