CPC Early Childhood Learning & Wellness Launches Family Child Care Networks

Chinese-American Planning Council, Inc. (CPC) is pleased to announce the launch of its Family Child Care (FCC) Networks. CPC, working in partnership with the New York City (NYC) Department of Education, will significantly expand family child care through this new offering, while promoting family child care as a highly respected and valued model within the early care and education system in NYC.

CPC Family Child Care Networks are a component of the Early Childhood Learning & Wellness Services (ECLW), which acquired the highly acclaimed Quality Assurance from Child Care Aware of America and is a founding member of the NYC Child Care Resource and Referral Consortium. Each FCC Network supports a system of Family Child Care Providers (FCCPs) who provide home-based family child care services at their home. The new FCC Networks will support in three boroughs, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.


CPC will operate three new FCC Networks:

1. CPC Brooklyn FCC Network at Brooklyn Community Center
    4101 8th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11212
2. CPC Manhattan FCC Network at Manhattan Community Center
    165 Eldridge Street, New York, NY 10002
3. CPC Queens FCC Network at Queens Community Center
    133-14 41st Avenue, Flushing, NY 11355
