Carlyn Cowen, CPC's Chief Policy and Public Affairs Officer, has been recognized in City and State's 2024 Who’s Who in Government Relations list. This list highlights key individuals who are shaping policies that affect New Yorkers.
Carlyn has led campaigns empowering AAPI, immigrant and low-income communities, as well as advocating for the rights of human services workers. They helped win $30 million in state funding for AAPI CBOs, increased wages for home care workers and installed a 3% annual COLA for human services workers, alongside coalition partners and community members.
