CPC Launches Alumni Association with Inaugural Networking Night

On August 8th, CPC hosted its first-ever Alumni Networking Night and brought together over 70 alumni and former staff for an evening of connection, collaboration, and professional growth.
The event marked the official launch of CPC’s Alumni Association, an initiative designed to foster lifelong connections between CPC and its alumni community. The Association aims to provide meaningful networking opportunities, support ongoing professional development, and encourage alumni to stay actively engaged with CPC’s mission.
Attendees participated in a range of engaging activities, including complimentary professional headshots, a personal branding workshop led by Jenny Nguyen, founder of Hello Human, a LinkedIn strategy session with Meaghan O’Rourke, Global Head of Social Media at Wolters Kluwer, a networking activity facilitated by CPC Leadership Council members, including Co-Chair Richard Cao, Vice Chair Joe Tan, and Members Ken Wang, Joanne Lin, and Thomas Sze.
The evening was supported by Chinatown Ice Cream Factory, a longtime community partner, who provided ice cream for alumni to enjoy.
As we look ahead, we hope every CPC graduate will return as an ambassador and advocate—supporting future program participants and strengthening the CPC network for years to come.
CPC alumni and former staff members who are interested in getting involved or attending future events can contact Suki Wong at swong2@cpc-nyc.org for more information.
