CPC Partners with National Grid on Food Distribution Events During AAPI Heritage Month

During Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, CPC partnered with National Grid for two special food distribution events hosted by CPC Brooklyn Community Services. More than 20 volunteers from National Grid joined CPC to help pack and distribute fresh produce, including mangoes, bananas, and cabbages, to over 900 community members.

Rising food costs have made it increasingly difficult for many families to access healthy resources. Through this partnership, CPC and National Grid supported community wellbeing by ensuring fresh food reached those who need it most.

The two events were part of CPC's Brooklyn Community Services' ongoing bi-weekly food distribution program. CPC is grateful for partners who share our commitment to building healthier, stronger communities.
