Older Adults from Nan Shan OAC Cruise the Hudson and Enjoy the Fall Foliage

On October 10th, CPC Nan Shan Older Adult Center (OAC) organized a day trip to upstate New York for a group of 56 community members. The itinerary featured a boat cruise along the Hudson River to admire the fall foliage, apple picking at a local orchard, and a buffet lunch that allowed everyone to socialize and share stories.
The center is committed to providing holistic programming that goes beyond its regular walls and promoting an active lifestyle for the older adults.
