Public Forum- Health Care for All: Covering Immigrant New Yorkers

Coalition for Asian American Children and Families (CACF) and Project CHARGE (Coalition for Health Access to Reach Greater Equity) are hosting a forum on Wednesday, August 22nd, to discuss the New York Health Act and its impact on immigrant New Yorkers. The New York Health Act is legislation that, if passed, would create a single payer, publicly financed, universal health care coverage system in New York State. The event is open to the public and the press.
