BCS Financial Literacy Workshop

August 16, 2019

Why is financial literacy important? If you want to manage money effectively, then you need to understand money. Without the knowledge and skills needed, the financial decisions we make or don't make will lack the foundations to maximize our successes.

Financial literacy should be learned at an early age, as a result, we are looking for young people - high school students/ college students/ first-time job seekers - to join us on Friday, August 16th at 3:00 PM to learn the formula for financial success.

Brooklyn Community Services has invited Frank Wu and Michele Blatt from Prudential Financial to share their knowledge and expertise so young people can learn how to be efficient with their finances in a way that can help them accomplish more and maximize their income! If you or someone you know may benefit from a workshop like this, please invite them to join us!

Mr. Wu and Ms. Blatt will be going over saving and investing, credit cards and building credit, budgeting, minimizing debt, and more!

Please RSVP or for more information, call (718) 492-0409 ext. 313.
