Pre-Screening of "The Lees"

On May 19, 2016, National API HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, CPC will be hosting a pre-screening of the 18 minute short film called “The Lees.” “The Lees” is about a seemingly traditional Asian American family that struggles to assimilate into the American society. However, even with a perfect family like “The Lees”, there are dark sides within each person and secrets that will surface as the story develops within the family and friends. In addition, our guest speaker Don Kao, Director of CPC’s Project Reach will also be speaking during the event to educate and challenge the social impacts related to HIV/AIDS.
